These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and erigo4d (hereinafter "erigo4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://erigo4d.cam (the "Platform").

erigo4d operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and accessible by eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register a Player Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of erigo4d or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on this Platform or any associated programme.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose on behalf of a third party.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may register only one (1) Player Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein. erigo4d uses automated and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly should any information change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. erigo4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at erigo4d's discretion at any other time, Players are required to complete KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian NRIC, passport, or driver's licence, together with a recent proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

erigo4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability in the Player's jurisdiction:

• DuitNow and FPX instant bank transfers
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay
• Credit and debit cards (where supported)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, and other supported digital assets)

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is RM50.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. erigo4d targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts submitting withdrawal requests before the applicable daily cut-off time. erigo4d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

erigo4d will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment instruments belonging to third parties. Withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in the Player's own name.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

erigo4d operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to suspend, investigate, or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited are of illicit origin or that the account is being used to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by erigo4d are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse: erigo4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus, placing risk-free hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically.
• Promotional Eligibility: erigo4d reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion and to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions for personal gain. Any winnings derived from a technical malfunction are void.
• Engaging in collusion or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward erigo4d staff or other Users.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems, access controls, or fraud prevention measures.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of erigo4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform's intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, erigo4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

erigo4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, erigo4d's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

erigo4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — accessible through your Player Account settings.

erigo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon voluntary account closure, Players may request the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erigo4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

erigo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
